3. Earn your reward.
When your referral becomes a Factor customer and their team uses the platform for 90 days, you earn $10 per user on their account. (Example: Refer a 20-person firm and earn $200.)
4. Pick your payout.
Redeem your earnings as a credit to your Factor account or choose an Amazon gift card.
